Anna Martinez Boling is a solo practitioner with a dedicated and complete legal staff. At the beginning of her legal career, Ms. Boling practiced in Seguin, Texas and practiced criminal law, family law, immigration, wills and estates, and real estate law.
After leaving Seguin, Ms. Boling worked for the El Paso District Attorney's Office in El Paso, Texas as a prosecutor focusing first on grand jury presentations, and later on misdemeanor prosecution, felony drug prosecution, and asset forfeiture. Ms. Boling worked with a multi-jurisdictional task force called a High Intensity Drug Traffic Area Unit (HIDTA) Unit. Ms. Boling left the El Paso District Attorney's office in 1998 and relocated to San Marcos, Texas with her husband. Ms. Boling then began her solo practice that served Hays County and surrounding counties until her appointment as Judge of the Hays County Court at Law Number 1 in August of 2009, where she served as judge until December 31, 2010.
On January 4, 2011, Ms. Boling re-opened her private law practice and is proud to serve the residents of Hays County and surrounding counties. Ms. Boling primarily practices in the areas of estate planning and probate as of 2019, and has been mediating family law cases since 2003. Ms. Boling can mediate in Spanish or English.
